How do I choose the right size?

Check our size chart on the product page before ordering.If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up—comfort > everything.

How do I place an order on JOKRS?

Just pick your drip, choose the right size, add to cart, and check out. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email/SMS with all the details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can cancel it for you. Just drop a mail at info@jokrsclub.com ASAP.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check size, address, and details before confirming—future you will thank you.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can stalk your package (respectfully).

What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

You can raise a request directly through our website. The process begins once our Customer Experience Team reviews and accepts the request, typically within 48 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are initiated after a quality check.The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

That’s not the JOKRS way—and we’ll fix it.Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing videos/images, and we’ll take it from there.
