RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At JOKRS, we don’t just sell clothes—we sell confidence, comfort, and cool fits. If something isn’t vibing the way it should, we’ve got your back.

Your experience matters to us. If the size isn’t right or the fit doesn’t feel perfect, our return & exchange process is designed to be smooth, simple, and stress-free.

7-Day Return & Exchange Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Try it on, pose in front of the mirror—but please don’t wear it out 😄

Request Approval Process

  • Once you raise a request, our Customer Experience Team will review it.
  • Requests are typically approved or rejected within 48 hours.
  • The process continues only after approval.

Reverse Shipping Fee for Returns

  • A ₹99 reverse shipping fee will be deducted for refunds.
  • This helps us keep pricing fair while still offering easy returns.

FREE SIZE EXCHANGE

  • We offer free size exchange on all eligible products.
  • If the size doesn’t fit, request an exchange within 7 days.
  • We’ll handle pickup and send the correct size at no extra cost.

Quality Check Comes First

  • All returned items go through inspection.
  • Refund/exchange is processed after approval.
  • If it fails quality check, the product will be returned to you.

Refunds – Quick & Clean

  • Refunds are initiated after quality check.
  • Amount is refunded to the original payment method.
  • Allow up to 7 working days for reflection.

What’s Not Eligible for Return

Returns/exchanges won’t be accepted if:

  • Item is used, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • Request is made after 7 days
  • Item was already exchanged
  • Items bought during clearance/sale (unless defective)

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • You can still request a return after delivery.

Defective or Wrong Item?

  • Oops—that’s on us 😬 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos and images. We’ll fix it ASAP.
